A 43cm (17") white-painted reflector designed to replicate sunlight for photographing such things as architectural models. The white-painted interior of the Sunlite reflector helps ensure that the light delivered is even.

Another difference is how the light unit is mounted within the unit, which in the case of the Octo 150 is facing the rear cloth, or away from the subject. This offers two distinct advantages over traditional soft boxes. The first advantage is that the Octo 150 does not have the extra levels or layers of diffusion fabric between the light source and the front diffusion fabric, making it an unusually efficient soft box that can be used with a relatively small flash such as an Esprit 500.

Wafer light banks produce a crisp, smooth quality of light while their narrow profile and silver/white interiors with two interchangeable graduated inner baffles deliver unparalleled flexibility and control. This classic lighting accessory gives a unique full-frontal lighting effect that makes it a popular favourite among fashion photogrphers. To ensure short, freeze-action flash duration, the flash tubes have three rather than two, electrodes and each has a separate cable. For refined lighting effects, two quite different reflectors are available. The high-intensity reflector increases the overall size of the light source, intensifying the light output.
